SOME of our beloved group of students and volunteers

 

A few things to know:

  • Class is held on Wednesdays at 6:15 pm at Yoga Masala (711 Bluff Road, by Williams Brice Stadium)
  • Class is donation based, meaning pay what you can afford. Suggested donation is $10.o0. Cash or check made out to Jaya Yoga and Wellness.
  • There are 7-8 parking spaces at the front of the building that will be reserved for your use. There is a ramp at the front of the building.
  • Please register for class at least 48 hours in advance. It will help with scheduling volunteer assistants.
  • Class will be limited to 12¬†participants – so be sure the register early!
  • Yoga is typically done barefoot so please be prepared to remove your shoes. Feel free to keep your socks on.
  • Remember that you’ll be moving! Please wear comfortable clothing.
  • Ages 16+
  • Family members and caregivers are welcome.
